Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These terms apply to your use of this website and to joining the Streetside waitlist. By using this site, you agree to them.

What Streetside Does

Streetside is a residential bin valet service: we move your trash and recycling bins to the curb before your scheduled collection, and return them to storage afterward. Streetside does not collect, haul, or dispose of garbage. Your existing waste and recycling provider continues to collect and empty your bins as normal — Streetside works alongside them, not in place of them.

Joining the Waitlist

Submitting the waitlist form or the address-check tool expresses interest in Streetside service — it is not a guarantee that service is currently available at your address, or a booking of any kind. Routes open based on demand in a given area, and we'll reach out using the contact information you provide once service is available near you.

Pricing

Any pricing shown on this site is subject to change and is not final until confirmed directly with you at signup. No payment is collected through this website.

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate contact and address information when using our forms. We can't reach out about service availability if the information we have is incorrect.

Communications

By submitting a form and providing consent, you agree that Streetside may contact you by email, phone, or text regarding service availability and related updates. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

No Warranties

This website and the information on it are provided "as is." While we try to keep everything accurate and up to date, we don't guarantee the site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Streetside is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or the waitlist.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as Streetside grows. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
